The wish of The old days back …….but it does come back no matter how we beg .. and no matter how much we pray to have it back.
There are several important reasons that cause the disease of aging let’s review them together so it can be a wake-up call to save young people from the fate of unwanted .. Aging.
First: smoking
Studies showed that smoking directly affects the heart, lungs and contributes to erosion and degradation of the skin by stimulating the enzyme. Smoking make you look older than your age especially true that it blocks vitamin C from moisturizing the skin and to maintain it fresh.
Second: sweets
Most men like to eat fast food and sweets which give them energy but in the same time the white sugar is one of the worst factors causing aging because it minimize the collagen function in the skin which causes the appearance of facial wrinkles especially that it weakens the fibers and prevents the skin from protein ,it also causes liver disease.

Third: Not Eating Fish
Not eating enough fish in your diet habits deprives you of omega-3 which resist the signs of aging of the skin; it saves the hair, skin and increases the strength and effectiveness of the immune system.
Fourth: Benefits of Dairy
Medical studies confirm that men begin to lose 5% of their muscles a year starting from the age of thirty as the muscle strength decreases to less than 12% each year; thus you look older. In order to preserve your body for longer years, you need to get enough proteins which is available in dairy products, especially milk.
Fifth: Working for Long Hours
Daily stress certainly affects your look and makes the muscles of your face unhappy; consequently changing the contours of your face to look older while you’re in the prime of your youth, as you would be exposed to heart disease, insomnia, diabetes, Parkinson’s and cancer. You must organize your hours of rest and hours of work to maintain a permanent youth.
Sixth: Not Sleeping Enough
If you do not get enough sleep at least six hours a day, your physical effort will be influenced; hence, you become tenser as you have swollen and dark circles around your eyes. And if lack of sleep has become a habit; in the end you will face aging diseases, such as diabetes, high blood pressure as well as obesity.
Seventh: Sun Protection
If your work forces you to direct exposure to the sun for long periods of time and you don’t use protective creams for your skin, then you are causing a permanent stress and slow damage for your skin accordingly losing its glow.
Eighth: Excessive TV Viewing
Excessive TV viewing causes laziness and discourages you to exercise which weakens your muscles and makes you more susceptible to heart disease and obesity, hence increasing the symptoms of age.
