من يعاقب السانتا كلوز؟ من يستطيع ان يلقي القبض على سانتا كلوز؟ من منا لا يعرف سانتا كلوز، الصغار والكبار والعجائز.. من لا يعرف ذقنه البيضاء.. ولباسه وإبتسامته.. وشخصه الكريم.. وكيس الهدايا الذي يحمله والملقى على كتفه الأيمن ! لماذا يا سانتا كلوز إستبدلت كيس الألعاب بكيس المتفجرات لماذا؟
هل أنت حاقد على لبنان وبالتحديد على أبناء بيروت؟ ماذا فعلوا لك كي تنتقم منهم؟ فهم لم يسرقوا منك عربتك.. امّا أنت فقد سرقت لهم أعمارهم.. أبناء بيروت لم يسرقوا لك الغزلان التي تجر العربة.. امّا أنت فقد سرقت من أفواه الأمهات كلمة: تقبرني يا أمي
سانتا كلوز.. لا تنكر فعلتك.. فقد وجدنا بصماتك وصورة شخصك الكريم على إحدى السيارات المحطمة بين الركام والتي إستحقت الغلاف الأول.. سانتا كلوز.. قل لنا لماذا فجرت بيروت.. ولماذا إخترت العنبر رقم 12.. وأنت الذي كنت تختار دائماً مداخن البيوت لتهبط منها حاملاً الهدايا
سانتا كلوز أيها المتهم صورتك لم تزل على الحطام وهذا دليل قاطع والشهود كثر بأنك مرتكب الجريمة، فنحن نعلم جيداً بأن مصنعك للألعاب موجود في القطب الشمالي حيث يعمل ليلاً نهاراً لصناعة الألعاب وتوضيبها لتوزيعها في شهر December فهل إستبدلت مصنع الألعاب بصناعة السلاح؟
سانتا كلوز هل تدري جريمتك كم كانت مكلفة.. حتى الآن ما يقارب المئتي شهيد.. ومفقودين.. وجثث لا نعرف من هم أصحابها بعد ان تناثرت وذابت من شدة حرارة الإنفجار.. هذا بالإضافة الى ستة الاف مصاب يتعالجون في المستشفيات.. فقد تحولت شوارع بيروت الى اللون الأحمر تماماً كلون قماش بدلتك يا سانتا كلوز
ماذا أقول لك يا سانتا كلوز.. يا سفاح بيروت.. يا سفاح العنبر رقم 12.. أهكذا تغتالنا وتترك بصماتك وصورة شخصك الكريم وتوقيعك وامضاءك على السيارة والركام.. وترحل وكأن شيئاً لم يكن.. وبراءة الأطفال في عينيك
يا فخامة الرئيس.. يا معالي الوزراء.. يا سعادة النواب.. أيها المحققين.. والمجلس الأعلى للقضاء الأمور أصبحت واضحة كعين الشمس، فتوقفوا عن التحقيقات فقد أعلن الفاعل عن نفسه والدليل صورته التي تركها على زجاج السيارة بين الركام
لذا إذا لم تستطيعوا جلب سانتا كلوز بمذكرة توقيف والتحقيق معه وسجنه ومعاقبته.. فأمامكم حلاً آخر هو طوي الملف وإقامة دعوى ضد مجهول كالمعتاد

We, the young and the old, all know who Santa Claus is. For who does not recognize his white beard … his bright red suit and smile … his generosity … and the gift bag that he carries, which is placed on his right shoulder!
Why, Santa Claus, did you replace your toy bag with a bag of explosives? Why?
Do you hate Lebanon and, specifically, the people of Beirut? Why did you want revenge? What did the Lebanese citizens do to you? They did not steal your sleigh, yet still you stole their youth. The children of Beirut did not steal your deer that pulled the sleigh, yet still you have stolen the words, “To2borne ya Emeh!” from the mouths of mothers.
Santa Claus … Do not deny your actions … we found your fingerprints and a figure of your image among the debris of wrecked cars that has now earned its place on this magazine cover.
Santa Claus … Tell us why Beirut was targeted… and why you chose warehouse No. 12 … When you’re supposed to be the one spreading joy and climbing down the chimneys of homes bearing gifts …
We know very well that you have a legendary workshop in the North-pole that works night and day to make toys and distribute them in December. So, did you transform your toy workshop into a manufacturer of weapons?
Santa Claus, the accused person, your figure that is still laying in the wreckage is conclusive evidence that you are the perpetrator of this crime.
Santa Claus, do you not know how costly your crime was? Up to now, nearly two hundred martyrs … and many are still missing … corpses whose identities remain unknown because they were scattered and melted from the intensity of the explosion. This is in addition to the six thousand injured being treated in hospitals… Santa Claus, the streets of Beirut has been covered with blood, much like the color of your suit.
What do we say to you, Santa Claus, Beirut’s Assassin…Slaughterhouse No. 12… Is this how you assassinate us and leave such evidence laying in the ruins of this horrible tragedy…? And you watch as if nothing happened…You who are called to spread joy and love among the people!
Your Excellency, the President …Your Excellencies, Ministers…Your Excellencies, the Representatives…O investigators…and the Supreme Judicial Council, matters have become clear as daylight. The investigations should come to a halt, for the perpetrator has announced himself and the evidence is his image that he left on the windshield of the remnants of a car.
So if you are unable to prosecute Santa Claus with an arrest warrant, an investigation, or imprisonment … then close the case and file a lawsuit against the unknown, as usual.
