Lebanon Times Magazine has become a progressive positive force in our Lebanese American Community. Built in good faith by Mr. Nabil Habbaki and Miss. Julia Nader, the Magazine rose from the ground up, and now it stands tall on a strong foundation. The strength of this foundation stems from the vision, the fairness, the passion, the open mindedness, and the extended arms of Nabil and Julia.

With hearts of gold, visions of unity, and beliefs in the talent of the community, coupled with tireless hours of operation, Lebanon Times Magazine has touched the hearts of every one of its readers with a personal message. The magazine had something special for everyone, and everyone could express in it a special something. Thus, year after year, more and more friendships were developed. Apathetic individuals warmed up, skeptics became believers, and critics turned into friends. The beauty of it is that it was done one day at a time, one building block at a time, and one friendship at a time, but with overwhelming love every time, and at all times.

Lebanon Times Magazine successfully promoted the Lebanese American culture and values, and highlighted accomplishments, talent, and good citizenship.  It promoted friendships between the Lebanese community and rest of the Arab Americans living in Houston. Lebanon Times Magazine has skillfully made strides of progress with the Houston City officials including the Mayor’s office, the Sheriff’s office, City council, and several other local and regional dignitaries. This increased mutual understanding, and brought the Lebanese community closer to the mainstream American Community.

Nabil and Julia, your work is bearing fruit. Lebanon Times Magazine has credibility, and has become of great value to Lebanese Americans living in Houston and beyond. On behalf of the community, I wish you continued success because your success is my success, and the success of my community.
